OneTouch makes every effort to accurately describe each product. Due to graphical work, there is sometimes a slight variation in the color of the product on the website with the actual product. If for any reason the product ordered is wrong / faulty then the only remedy is to complain to OneTouch within 24 hours of receiving the product.

After receiving your order the website sends you an order receipt confirmation email or SMS. You will be contacted within 24 hours of receiving the order. You can change or cancel your order details within 24 hours of receiving the order.

OneTouch delivers products through third party courier services. In that case, sometimes the courier service takes extra time to deliver the product outside the specified time. Once the product has been delivered, cancellation will not be accepted.

OneTouch does not cancel orders without specific reasons. However, OneTouch reserves the right to cancel the order at any time without assigning any reason.
